Even the most neutral space can benefit from some RED, WHITE & BLUE this time of year! I chose to focus my 4th of July decor in the dining room with budget friendly additons from my favs; Hobby Lobby, Home Goods & Target!

This holiday holds a special place in my heart. My grandparents threw a big 4th of July bash each year that brought all of our extended family & friends together to enjoy BBQ and fireworks. Some of my fondest memories with my cousins playing tag and writing our names with sparklers happened at these parties, and I looked forward every year to going shopping with my mom to find the perfect patriotic outfit. Decorating for different holidays throughout the year can bring some interest to your everyday decor. Especially after taking down all the rich green accents from Christmas, it's easy to feel like your home looks naked. To bring a little more life into the house and get geared up for spring, incorporating airy minty green is a nice transition.
